No Repoman TS3

This file will delay the Repoman from coming to your house for 365 sim days.  You will still get notice that he is coming when you don't pay the bills on time.  But he won't show up.  And, when you save your game, you will get a notice that he's coming, but you can just ignore it and save.  

I really don't know if anything bad will happen in 365 sims days.  You could end up with an army of Repomen at your house, or just the one.  If you ever play a household that long.  Just keep a good backup of your game, and if you ever come close to playing the house that long, try paying the bills first.

Installati​on:  If you have already downloaded my Homework hack, just unrar this file and place it in Packages.  If you have not downloaded my Homework hack, you will need to do so as it contains the file folders and full installati​on instructio​ns.  TS3 hacks are installed differentl​y than TS2.

Ignore the warning and save.  He won't show up unless you play the household for 365 sim days.  But you will keep getting that message each time you save the house.  I can't kill the messages at this time.

Just a small problem with this is that it will not give you the option again to pay your bills and since they are way overdue after 365 days the repoman still comes and collects even more, i then recommend my No Bills mod which stops you from getting bills at al

I still get the option popup to pay the bills.  Are you using the patched version of the game?  I'm currently running Razor with the EA patch.  My Amazon shipment isn't here yet.

I got it off the net.  I think MATY has a link for it somewhere in their TS3 section.  You should look over there.  But I'm not sure it's all that wise to patch it because since I've done that, I can't use JM's mod or Rick's debugger.  They crash the game.  It's up to you.

I recommend not to use the patch as there is a newer patch in the making by EA without you needing the patch that went around, specially since that patch had some problems in it.
