This hack changes the hours a gnome will be active on your lot. I've made it from 1pm all the way through 11am.  So it's most of a full day.

I've also increased the chance of a gnome cleaning something for you and generally just tweaked how often they move about, made it more frequent.

Installati​on:  If you have already downloaded my Homework hack, just unrar this file and place it in Packages.  If you have not downloaded my Homework hack, you will need to do so as it contains the file folders and full installati​on instructio​ns.  TS3 hacks are installed differentl​y than TS2.
