 DUCATI 916 v2.0 (Motorbike)
This was the first ever (Ridable) Sims2 Motorbike. Originally posted on Variousimmers.net October 2nd, 2005, 09:29 AM, and was the "Featured Screenshot" at TSR for about 3 weeks.
Here Is another car......er...well....motorbike for you all, it is a DUCATI 916
I have been attempting this due to a large number of requests, and I like a challenge!
Please bare with me on this one as the Sims 2 was never designed to have bikes. My Priority with this version was to get a "ridable" bike, I will try and work on the other issues for an update some time in the future.
As far as I am concerned this mod is NOTcomplete but until I find out how to solve the issues it has this is the best I can do for now.
This Bike can be found in "Misc/Vehicles" at a cost of (approx.) $6,000.
You must have the Nightlife expansion pack to use this mod.
The helmet can be found in "Decorative/All" (Should only be used with high aspiration )
You can also have a second sim ride pillion.
Known Issues:
As the bike is completely different to a normal Sims 2 car, there ar a few issues still to be sorted out and until I can work out how to do that, this is the best I can do, sorry.
I have not altered any of the data for back seat passengers as I never intended to use them with it being a motorbike.
I advise against you sims driving this vehicle while you have the boolProp testingCheats enabled, it caused error messages for me, but without the cheat enabled it was fine.
The sims still go through the open door and sit animations , as I could do nothing about it at this time I have left them alone [now updated], so there is a quick jump from the normal car seating positions to the new seating positions, My main priority with this version of the file was to make the bike ridable.
Due to there being no bike seating posture programmed into the sims 2 so far, the feet of the driver poke through the bottom of the fairing. I have tried to get this as best I can for now.
I have not changed any of the data for the radio or woohoo, so anything could happen. Most probably you'll get the original misted window mesh or something.
Please let me know if you have any other problems with them
All comments and questions welcome (please remember that this is not a request forum)

**UPDATE** New Version- I have got rid of the open/close door anims and revoved the car shadow from this version.
**NOTE** you need to delete the original bike files "including recoulours" as they will conflict with this version and the original recolours wont work, new recolours can be made and I have posted the new red recolour for it.

 Re: DUCATI 916 v2.0 (Motorbike)
I love Vamp's vehicles. It was what drew me over to Variousimmers in the first place way back when. Then I discovered the rest of the treasures that lay over there. It was great. :*)
