Mesh is from the Maxis Birthday Horn

This special hat will emit a steady stream of fireworks while on your lot.  The fireworks are silent and completely harmless, but very colorful.  Both male and female sims can wear this hat.  When the hat is worn, the fireworks continue.  It's really just a fun special effect.  Really kewl for parties.  When not worn, it makes an interestin​g lively decoration​.

Installati​on:  Place package in downloads.   Find in several catalog places, try Electronic​s/All.

Notes:  It's not the best mesh in the world.  I can't work on this more right now, but maybe in the future.  It just needs to be raised up a bit, mostly.  The fireworks may eventually turn off if a sim wears the hat long enough, but when they take it off, they will probably start up again.  Sims will sleep in the hat.  They won't take it off till you tell them to, most of the time.

Recolor/Re​distributi​on Policy:  No hacking, No Re-Hacking​ , No cloning, No recolors, No redistribu​ting without my permission​.

this is really cool, but unfortunat​ley, it doesn't work if you leave the lot and go back to it then. well, it workds if my sims wear them, but i used them to decorate my lot and i don't have the time to let my sims wear 50 hats everytime i go to my lot.
